compliance with the UK Data Protection Act. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that
all personal data held by the charity is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and
that the rights of data subjects are protected. This policy applies to all individuals
working on behalf of Daybreak Community Church, including trustees, staff, and
volunteers.
Health and Safety policy statement
We are committed to managing health and safety for all those associated with and who
come into contact with us in accordance with our charitable activities.
Everyone who works with us should:
a) co-operate on health and safety matters;
b) take reasonable care of their own health and safety; and
c) report all health and safety concerns to an appropriate person
Safe Guarding Policy
• Nobody who is involved in our work should ever experience abuse, harm, neglect or
exploitation.
• We all have a responsibility to promote the welfare of all of our beneficiaries, staff
and volunteers, to keep them safe and to work in a way that protects them.
• We all have a collective responsibility for creating a culture in which our people not
only feel safe, but also able to speak up, if they have any concerns.
